All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Stijlvolle Herenkleding Winkel. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Policy Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unopened packaging
  • Not have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Include all original labels and tags
  • Be returned within 15 days of receipt

Important Exceptions:

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless the packaging remains unopened:

  • Ondergoed & sokken (Underwear & socks)
  • Nachtkleding (Nightwear)

  3. Ship your package to our return address with the original packaging and invoice.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return (typically within 5 business days), we will process your refund:

  • Payment Method: Refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is defective

Exchanges

For exchanges:
